Elementary education was done in the village school itself. There was an atmosphere of study at home. Regards were such that Schuchita used to get a lot of attention. Entered the first grade in the year 1960. He was skilled in reading and in life, the idea of touching the last height of human life kept coming. The year 1970 passed the tenth examination. Admitted to Kullu College for further studies. Now the rites of yoga were becoming strong in the mind. During this time a book called "Yogi Gulab Das" brought by his uncle was handed. It contained the description of Yogi Gulab Das ji, who lived in a village called Tekri in Poona, where there was a small cave where he lived fearlessly with snakes, scorpions or other wild animals and was a teenager of a yogi living in meditation.
There was a natural attraction towards difficult meditation and yoga practice. Spiritualism started growing.
Suddenly the rites of yoga began to emerge as soon as he entered BA II in the college. Water had heard about Neti, in addition to this, some used to meditate on Yogasana, Jyoti and Pushp. Read books related to spirituality from the college library. The world is mortal, the time is a little "I have miles to go before I sleep" Poem got home in the mind.
There was an examination in the year 1974 but due to the predominance of Yapag rites, I decided to leave the college. Meanwhile, an employee of State Bank of India, Shri Krishna Chand Sharma, who was his neighbor, received from him to read the magazine "Siddha Yoga". It was from him that the acquaintance of Anandchand Yogi Raj Shri Chandramohan Ji Maharaj was introduced. What was left then
One day, with a friend from home, went to Sawai without telling anyone. Upon reaching Gurudev, he found him sitting on his bed. The beardless mustard, the curvy sacrificial yogi, was in front of him. Whose heart was craving eyes Ultimately, he appeared. It was the auspicious day of January 18, 1974, before the initiation of yoga on those days, the disciple was given only after being convinced about the dynasty's family, Kul Khan Paan, etc. On being convinced about the yogi, Gurudev gave him his footsteps. From the first day itself, Yogi Das Lal ji started attending the Ashram service. He obeyed the Guru's command literally, which became Gurudev's graceful character.
Yogis because they ran away from home and came to Sawai without informing anyone, so the family members were very worried. After finding his address somehow, his elders reached Sawai to take him back home. Although he did not mind, he had to return home with his elder brother Mr. Heera Lal Sharma. Yogi ji stayed in the house for about a month, but his heart was full of joy in Sawai. When all was not done, one day secretly left for Sawai Dham again at 4 am and after reaching the path of the path, again reached Shri Gurudev's feet. Now the two started enthusiastically in the works of the ashram. His devotion and devotion to service, as well as seeing the practice of yoga through regular rules, Gurudev was very happy and he finally took Yogi ji into his service.
Wherever Gurudev used to go, Yogi Ji was always with him. In this way, he got to learn a lot under the guidance of his Gurudev. Gurudev ordered them to increase academic knowledge, as a result of which he passed his graduation examination, then M in Sanskrit-English and then PHD. Had a good knowledge of medicines, and received the title of Acharya in Ayurveda. There was an interest in reading, so a good study of the Vedas, scriptures and Upanishads was done. Gurudev's order was for everyone to practice at least 2 hours and meditate for 1 hour, so Yogi never violated this command. No matter where it is, in any situation, this practice is never missed. Gurudev used to live with him. As a result, they gained wide knowledge about such programs. In June 1989, Gurudev Anant Shri Chandramohan Ji Maharaj's program was in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Guru Maharaj Ji ordered to build an ashram in Mandi and expressed his desire to do solitary confinement in Mandi. According to his orders, the construction work of Mandi Ashram started.
On June 25, 1990, we all worshiped Gurudev Shri Anant Vibhoshit Shri Chandramohan Ji Maharaj renounced his physical body and joined it. It was a very sad day. It is as if the world had been robbed of Yogi ji. There was physical and mental illness for several days. But then, after hardening the mind, he started paying attention to it by doing his duty to carry forward the work of propagating and propagating the yoga of Gurudev. Initially, the atmosphere in Sawai Ashram was deteriorating.
Gurudev's other disciples wanted to establish authority over the ashram. Therefore, Yogi left from this corrupted environment. Here the construction work of Yoga Siddha Ashram Mandi was going on. The meditation hall in the ground floor and the room in the top floor had become kitchen baths. The people of Mandi requested him to come to the market, which he accepted with pleasure and reached the market. The reins of Mandi Ashram were handed over to him. To run the work smoothly, a trust was established under which this ashram is still running today.
As per the request of all senior Gurubhais from Mandi Ashram and the eternal inspiration of Sadguru Maharaj, he started providing yoga initiation. Today the situation is that the number of his disciples has been in thousands. With his blessings, people are marching on the yoga path and blessed their lives, there is unprecedented enthusiasm among their disciples. As a result of this, many ashrams have emerged under the auspices of Yogi ji.
The President of Mandi Ashram is a Yogi ji, in addition to this, in many places under his chairmanship, his disciples have built a very beautiful ashram in Gharonda under the district Panipat Karnal. Inspired by this, a grand ashram has been built in the village Todarpur (Benaras) by the Banaras Mandal. The Salvan Ashram has been running since the time of Sadgurudev Anant Shri Chandramohan Ji Maharaj, but it has been given more recognition by Yogi Dr. Das Lal Ji Maharaj.
In all these ashrams, yoga practice, sadhana and yogasana are done regularly. Apart from this, along with Ramnavami, Vijayadashami, Janmashtami, Shivaratri festival, Shravan month rituals are also performed collectively by all the seekers here. The disciples of Yogi are receiving spiritual and physical benefits from here and are doing the work of sending it to others as well.
From time to time, Yogi ji Maharaj is also doing the work of hoisting yoga flags through yoga camps. As a result, today, the kunwa of his disciples has spread not only in India but also abroad. Those who are propagating yoga.
